• Transaction Records: Payment logs, receipt metadata, and service booking histories (food orders, laundry, stay extensions).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is collected strictly for operational efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance within our hostel premises:

• To verify identity and maintain safety for all 8 residents in our managed hostel.
• To process seat bookings, stay extensions, and digital rent receipts.
• To coordinate daily meal prep, laundry schedules, and caretaker maintenance requests.
• To contact your designated emergency contact in urgent situations.

3. Data Protection & Storage Security

All sensitive documents (NID/Passport uploads) are stored securely in Google Firebase Storage with strict access rules. Only authorized hostel management staff can review verification files. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
